This 3-day Ayurvedic Kitchari Program, based exclusively on Maui, is a gentle reset for the body and mind. Centered around kitchari, a simple, nourishing blend of rice and/or quinoa, split yellow mung beans, red lentils, spices, and ghee, the program is designed to support digestion, promote balance, and give your system a short rest from heavy or processed foods. Over three days, you’ll focus on warm, easily digestible meals, mindful routines, and simple self-care practices inspired by Ayurveda. The goal isn’t restriction, but nourishment, helping you feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded by the end of the program.
PROGRAM INCLUDES:
Digital 3-Day Ayurvedic Kitchari Program consisting of meal plan guidelines, grocery list, recipes, daily routines, and self-care practices,
3 Days of Kitchari made specifically for your body type (dosha). 1 quart each day. Ingredients include the following:
split yellow mung beans
red lentils
white basmati rice and/or quinoa

local bones made into homemade broth OPTIONAL
3 Days worth of Ayurvedic Elixirs to make youself upon drinking
Daily support via email or phone with Jessica Quinn, Ayurvedic Nutritionist.
Evening food drop-offs on the 16th and 17th. DROP-OFF LOCATION is in the parking lot below the Dragon’s Den in Makawao @ 5:30pm.

PLEASE NOTE:
Even a gentle cleanse like this one is not appropriate for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for anyone who is extremely weak or debilitated. On the other hand, if you are preparing for pregnancy, Ayurveda highly recommends that both partners undertake a cleanse approximately three months prior to conception.
REFUND POLICY:
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your purchase, a 50% refund is available 1 week before the cleanse start date. Please contact us within this time frame to initiate the cancellation and refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
