SPICES
Vata: A comporting and warming curry blend crafted to calm and ground the Vata dosha. Fennel, cumin, coriander, basil, turmeric, ginger, asafetida, Celtic sea salt.
Pitta A cooling and vibrant curry blend crafted to soothe and refresh the Pitta dosha. Cumin, fennel, coriander, spearmint, turmeric, cardamom.
Kapha: An aromatic and warming curry blend crafted to energize and stimulate Kapha dosha. Cumin, coriander, turmeric, fenugreek, cinnamon, ginger, sage, clove, cayenne.
SPICES are packaged in 250ml Miron Violette Glass jars to offer optimal protection against the aging processes that are released by visible light, thus lengthening the durability and potency of the product. Each bottle yields 30 servings. Refills arrive in paper ziplock bags.
DOSAGE: To activate spice blend, add 1/2-1 tbsp to your choice of cooking oil on low heat. Let simmer while stirring until aroma is present.
