Jessica Quinn, a Nutritional Therapist, Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, and Yoga Nidra Teacher, has based her private practice on the island of Maui, Hawaii since 2009. Educated at UC Berkeley, she has worked alongside world class scholars in India, acted as a private chef for numerous health conscious Hollywood stars, and ran an Ayurveda-inspired restaurant in Hawaii. Jessica is currently working on her recipe book while offering consultations, treatments, classes, and products in person and remotely.

“My wish is to inspire others to feel empowered in such a way that they may learn how to care for their body and mind with an essence of truth, vitality, and ease.”

My curiosity about health, started at the young age of 14 when my 46-year old mother left her body after her struggle with liver cancer. This pivotal life event inspired my journey of seeking patterns and the connections between lifestyle and wellness. I started with my own health and I noticed how the quality of my physical, mental, and emotional wellness would depend upon how I fed my body and what I fed my mind. It was all very exciting to learn at such a young age!

Then came UC Berkeley, where I surrounded myself with brilliant minds and unacknowledged truths. I realized here that anything is possible. Next was Maui, where I worked in a small eastern medical clinic in an upcountry town. It was at this clinic where I found my soul family and was blessed to be witness to one of, if not the most profound truths in my career: the relationship between practitioner and client is the utmost importance for healing and growth to occur.

And then there was India, where I was invited to live, work, and study at a wellness clinic with Vedic, Chinese, Nepalese and Tibetan scholars from around the world. Here in the motherland, it became very clear that my life purpose is to continually develop my understanding of eastern medicine, most specifically Ayurveda, and enrich my ability to act as a catalyst for others to learn how to care for themselves.

Today, based on Maui, I offer individual nutritional consultations, shirodhara oil treatments, seasonal cleanse programs, Ayurvedic teas and spice blends, as well as catering and chef services for individuals & groups. I hold the vision for a society in which we are all exposed to the magic that exists within the infinite patterns of nature, in all her gorgeous forms.
