Ayurvedic Coffee Latte

  • Ingredients

    • 1 tsp Ayurvedic Coffee

    • 1 cup purified water

    • 1/2 cup choice of milk (Oat, macadamia, and raw cow milk froth well)

    • 1 tsp ghee or coconut oil

    • 1 tsp raw local honey (vata and kapha dominant folks)

      OR

    • 1 tsp maple syrup (pitta dominant folks)

  • Instructions

    • Warm water and milk until hot.

    • Put coffee, ghee/oil, and sweetener in your mug.

    • Pour water and milk in mug and froth with hand frother or blend in the blender.
